Stunning beauties of the mountains in NC (rare to very rare elsewhere in NC), Turk's Cap Lilies may grow up to nearly 10 feet tall, producing several flowers on each plant.

A pollinator of lilies, note that the underside of the hindwing of this Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (Papilio glaucus) is coated with lily pollen.
